Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the On-Trade team, you will be responsible for delivering our business objectives, specifically the EFO and new model initiatives. Your focus will be on implementing the Commercial plan, which aligns with customer programs outlined in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On-Trade customers.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Negotiate with Point Sales to achieve Distribution & Visibility targets.
  2. Drive the use of Picture of Success to activate our brands and influence consumer purchasing decisions at the point of sale.
  3. Identify opportunities to maximize Bacardi's performance at On-Trade customers in your region, driving value creation through strategic development and execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
