About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and continue to expand the business with one of our company's largest and most innovative customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaming with all aspects of the customer's organization, including executives, engineering, business owners, legal, and others.
  • Building relationships across an account, including creative thinking, articulating a clear vision, and generating enthusiasm to impact all business groups.
  • Creating opportunities within the account and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
  • Working with all appropriate AWS resources to support customer interests and advocate for their customer while balancing that with the business needs of AWS.
About the Team

Our account team is a mature team composed of Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Customer Solutions Managers dedicated to our only Customer.
