Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead our Talent Acquisition strategy and team. As a key member of our People Leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our TA strategy, building a high-performing recruitment team, and ensuring a great experience for leaders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the next 3 years and obtain approval from the People Leadership team and C-Level
  • Build a high-performing recruitment team
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure great recruitment service to leaders and a great experience for candidates
  • Own our employer branding strategy and initiatives
  • Ensure we hire the best talent for Glovo in the long run
  • Support the People Leadership team and our Founder in building a Talent House
Requirements
  • Passion for our culture and values
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience recruiting both Tech and Business roles
  • Experience across different markets, including countries in an expansion phase
  • Deep understanding of executive recruitment
  • Track record of leading big and high-performing teams
  • Previous experience in Employer Branding initiatives and working in talent programs
