About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our Compensation team, you will play a critical role in supporting the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of sales compensation and bonus plans
  • Partner with the Global Rewards Team to conduct annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews across the region
  • Support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle, including role evaluation and salary reviews
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to provide competitive offer recommendations
Requirements
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Team player with experience working in international virtual teams
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally across the EMEA region
  • Agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and demanding timescales
  • Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and experience with HRIS integration and reporting
