About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Criteo, a global commerce media company, as a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation plans that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of compensation plans that align with business objectives and ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to gather feedback and insights on compensation plans and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and implement training programs to educate employees on compensation plans and policies.
  • Manage the quarterly target setting and achievement processes to ensure accurate and timely targets and achievements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure efficient processes and high-quality output.
Requirements
  • Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in Excel and experience with Salesforce and analytical tools.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills.
