Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to support our EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving business growth and improving lives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting sales compensation and bonus plans, annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews, and the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of sales compensation and bonus plans to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Partner with the Global Rewards Team to conduct annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews across the EMEA region.
- Support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle, including role evaluation and salary reviews, and maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning framework.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Partner with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes in Workday.
- Collaborate with the broader team to drive continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization.
Requirements
- High level of English proficiency.
- Team worker with experience working in international virtual teams.
- Experience in compensation and benefits, ideally across the EMEA region.
- Agile thinking and adaptable to manage multi-project activities and demanding timescales.
- Experience with market compensation surveys (WTW).
- Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge, and experience of HRIS integration and reporting.
- Workday experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong, solution-driven analytical skills.
