Senior Compensation Analyst

Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation programs and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation programs and salary structures that align with Bunge's business objectives and industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Evaluate and classify jobs within the Bunge Job Architecture to ensure accurate compensation levels.
  • Develop and maintain compensation-related reports, metrics, and dashboards for use by HR and senior leadership.
  • Provide guidance to HR business partners and leaders on compensation-related decisions and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Experience with compensation software and tools.
  • Knowledge of compensation theory, market benchmarking, and legal regulations related to compensation.
