Senior Compensation Analyst

Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation programs and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation programs and salary structures that align with Bunge's business objectives and industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the competitiveness of salary ranges and pay practices.
  • Evaluate and classify jobs within the Bunge Job Architecture based on duties, responsibilities, and qualifications to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations on compensation-related matters.
  • Assist with annual compensation planning and forecasting, including merit increases, salary adjustments, and incentive plan reviews.
  • Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide guidance to HR business partners and leaders regarding compensation-related decisions and policies.
  • Generate compensation-related reports, metrics, and dashboards for use by HR and senior leadership.
  • Lead or support compensation-related projects, including pay equity analysis, incentive programs, and market trend assessments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • +5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (such as SAP, Workday, or PeopleSoft). Experience with compensation software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation theory, market benchmarking, and legal regulations related to compensation (Europe and Asia preferred).
