Master Chef for Luxury Resort Experience

About the Role:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for a skilled Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our production requirements and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipe, production, portion, and presentation standards.
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, including food processors, mixers, and ovens.
- Maintain a clean and efficient station.
- Strong knowledge of health codes and full understanding of all knife cuts.
- Label and date all food containers and rotate as per policies.
- Determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up.
- Return all food items not used to designated storage areas.
- Manage and prioritize tasks by shift.
Requirements:
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Trade apprenticeship or other form of registered training in the culinary discipline.
- Minimum of two years of culinary experience in a luxury restaurant or similar.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and culinary operations.
- Ability to lift up to 30Kg and continuous standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English and Spanish.
- Must have the legal right to work in Spain.
