About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled F&B Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for assisting the daily operation and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a welcoming environment that exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery, from greeting to departure.
  • Control reservations and seating to maintain service standards.
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a supportive team.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and respond promptly to any incidents.
  • Promote good public relations and handle guest complaints or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and service standards.
  • Attend and participate in required meetings.
  • Contribute to a harmonious working climate and foster teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • 1-2 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year of Food and Beverage service experience.
  • Knowledge of service standards and procedures.
  • Computer literacy.

Full-time contract, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
