About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative F&B Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the daily Food and Beverage operation and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment that exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Ensure successful handling of the dining room, including reservations, seating, and service standards.
  • Control usage of all food and beverage items and equipment, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
  • Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • 1-2 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year of Food and Beverage service experience.
  • Knowledge of service and standards, and computer literacy.

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time contract, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
