Job Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coach a high-performing Business Focus team, fostering a proactive, customer-centric culture. Your primary focus will be on managing the full sales cycle, from acquisition to retention, using market insights, collaboration, and upselling to drive business growth through TecDoc and TecRMI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales strategic decisions and proactively develop business in existing markets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, representing TecAlliance from hunting to farming or acquiring to retaining
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues from the whole department to win, upsell, or cross-sell all TecDoc and TecRMI solutions
  • Connect market knowledge with sales projects to provide a top-notch sales process and continuously develop it with us
  • Own target achievement and keep sales and earnings tidy within our reporting system

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales development in the Nordic market
  • Able to explain all our solutions in a customer-friendly way, highlighting our USP in a competitive market environment
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 applications
  • High willingness to travel (with hotel accommodation) on minimum 3 days a week within Northern Europe
  • Bilingualism in English and an additional Scandinavian language (e.g., Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated to be around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting our commitment to your well-being and success.
