Job Title: Dutch Content Moderator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Content Moderator to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Moderation: Filter and screen content on our platform for abusive, violent, or inappropriate material.
  • User Experience: Ensure a safe and positive experience for platform users.
  • Language Requirements:
    • Dutch (C1 and higher, written and spoken)
    • English (B2, written and spoken)
Requirements:
  • EU Citizenship or Spanish Residence Permit: Required for this role.
  • Dutch Language Proficiency: C2 level and good knowledge of English (B2).
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Availability: Ability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office).
  • Social Media Affinity: Experience with social media platforms is valued.
  • Content Moderation Experience: Experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar environments is valued.
Schedule:

Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (5 days a week, 2 days off rotational)

Shift Options:

Morning shift: 8am to 4pm

Afternoon shift: 4pm to 12am

Workplace: Onsite or Hybrid
