Job Title: Dutch-speaking Content Moderator in Barcelona

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Barcelona. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen and monitor social media platforms for abusive, violent, or other inappropriate content
  • Ensure a safe experience for users and communities
  • Work across various social media platforms, including pictures, videos, articles, and audio clips
Requirements:
  • Native/near-native level in Dutch, as well as conversational English
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with PC/Laptop, quick internet connection, and headphones with a microphone
  • Experience within content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments is desired
  • Professional experience with social media platforms is considered a plus
What We Offer:
  • 39h/week contract with fixed working hours, Monday to Sunday
  • Option to choose from three different shifts: morning, afternoon, or night
  • Salary higher than average for similar positions, plus bonus for afternoon and night shift employees
