Job Title: Dutch-Speaking Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role:

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content on various social media platforms to ensure a safe and respectful experience for users.

You will work closely with our team to identify and remove abusive, violent, or inappropriate content, and provide a high level of customer service to users.

Requirements:
  • Native or near-native level of Dutch, with conversational English skills
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with various software
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments is a plus
  • Professional experience with social media platforms is also a plus

  • A 39-hour/week contract with fixed working hours
  • The option to work one of three shifts: morning, afternoon, or night
