Job Title: Dutch Content Moderator

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filter and screen content on the platform for abusive, violent, or inappropriate material
  • Ensure a safe and positive experience for platform users
  • Work in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts (5 days a week, 2 days off rotational)
Requirements:
  • Dutch (C1 and higher, written and spoken)
  • English (B2, written and spoken)
  • EU citizenship or Spanish residence permit
  • Dutch C2 and good knowledge of English (B2)
  • High School Diploma
  • Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
  • Affinity with social media platforms
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar environments is valued
Work Schedule:

Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (5 days a week, 2 days off rotational)

Morning shift: 8am to 4pm

Afternoon shift: 4pm to 12am

Workplace: Onsite or Hybrid
