Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure compliance with our community guidelines
  • Utilize your advanced Dutch language skills to evaluate content for accuracy and relevance
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve any content-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure a nuanced understanding of content
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • C2 level Dutch language proficiency and advanced English skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms and content moderation
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments is valued
  • Availability to work from the office and from home within a 100km radius
  • Mandatory studies completed, with a document to prove it (according to Spanish legislation)
