Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator Spanish to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and filtering content on a popular social media platform to ensure a safe experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and filter content on social media platforms
  • Ensure content meets community guidelines and standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve content-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events

Requirements

  • Spanish native speaker with advanced English skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive individual
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments

  • 38.5 hour/week contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
