About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spanish Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure a safe and respectful experience for users
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address any content-related issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform's content guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve our content moderation processes and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure accurate and informed content moderation
  • Participate in training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker with advanced English skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms and content moderation
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments
  • Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
  • Mandatory studies finished: ESO or High School (document required)
