About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Content Moderator to join our team in Barcelona. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure it meets our community guidelines.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our community guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve our content moderation processes and tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dutch native language skills.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive mindset.
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events.
  • Affinity with social media platforms.
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments.
