About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Content Moderator to join our team at Job Squad. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and positive environment for users on a popular social media platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and filter content on a major social media platform to ensure user safety and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Monitor posts, comments, and other user-generated content for potential risks to users and escalate content that violates community standards.
Requirements
  • EU passport holder
  • Dutch C2 level proficiency and advanced English skills are required.
  • No specific background needed, but passion for digital marketing or experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work fixed shifts (Morning: 08:00-16:00, Afternoon: 16:00-00:00) on a 38.5-hour workweek, including weekends.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of €24,816 annually.
  • 38.5-hour workweek with fixed hours and two days off per week.
  • 32 days of natural holidays (including bank holidays) and 24 additional holidays, with flexible time-off policies.
  • Paid sick leave from the first day, with required medical documentation.
  • Initial 3-month contract during the trial period, leading to a permanent contract.
