About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Spain. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure it meets our community guidelines
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our community guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless user experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dutch language proficiency at C2 level and advanced English skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive mindset
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms and content moderation
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments (a plus)
