Job Title: Swedish Content Moderator

Are you a social media enthusiast looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Swedish Content Moderator to join our team at Teleperformance Spain.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to review and filter content on a popular social media platform. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and filter content on a popular social media platform
  • Ensure a safe and positive experience for users
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and KPIs
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • C2 level of Swedish and advanced English
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive individual
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments (a plus)

  • Shifts available: morning (08:00-16:00) and afternoon (16:00-00:00)
