Job Title: Norwegian Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Content Moderator to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure compliance with our community guidelines.
  • Utilize your advanced Norwegian language skills to evaluate content and make informed decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve any content-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure accurate content evaluation.
Requirements:
  • C2 level Norwegian language proficiency and advanced English skills.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events.
  • Affinity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments.

  • 38.5 hours/week contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
