Job Title: Norwegian Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our social media platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and filter content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its users
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve our content moderation processes
Requirements:
  • C2 level Norwegian and advanced English language skills
  • Excellent user-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments
  • Availability to work from the office and from home within 100km of the office
  • Mandatory studies finished, with a document to prove it (according to Spanish legislation)
Offer:
