Key Responsibilities

  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure compliance with our community guidelines
  • Utilize advanced English language skills to analyze and evaluate content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure content is relevant and accurate
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • C2 level Norwegian language proficiency
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent user-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong sense of awareness
  • Affinity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments

What We Offer

  • 38.5 hours per week contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
  • Shifts available: morning (08:00-16:00) and afternoon (16:00-00:00)
