About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Content Moderator to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and engaging experience for users on a popular social media platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and filter content on a social media platform to maintain a safe and respectful environment for users.
  • Utilize advanced Norwegian language skills (C2 level) and English language proficiency to effectively evaluate content.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve content-related issues and improve the overall user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure content is relevant and accurate.
Requirements
  • Norwegian language proficiency (C2 level) and advanced English language skills.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events.
  • Affinity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments.
What We Offer
  • A 38.5-hour/week contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
  • Shifts available: Morning (08:00-16:00) and Afternoon (16:00-00:00).
