Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Associate to join our dynamic team at TCR Group. This exciting opportunity involves developing commercial offers and pricing for assigned regions, working closely with local entities and colleagues from various departments.

About the Role

This role entails:

  • Supporting senior commercial leaders in complex financial analysis and commercial offer development.
  • Preparing commercial offers and business cases, including supporting documents for Board approval.
  • Conducting strategic due diligence and company valuations for M&A projects.
  • Developing market intelligence and participating in commercial negotiations.
Your Day-to-Day

A typical week may include:

  • Finalizing financial cash flow analyses for new airport ventures.
  • Traveling to support commercial teams in different regions as a business partner.
  • Collaborating with local commercial teams in client meetings and negotiations.
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or Applied Economics.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical approach.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
