Responsabilités :

  • Prospection qualifiante pour créer un premier point de contact avec le prospect et obtenir un rendez-vous
  • Qualification et compréhension des besoins du prospect
  • Collaboration avec les Account Executives pour conclure les nouvelles affaires avec les clients
  • Suivi des performances à l'aide des métriques d'activité de nos CRM (Salesforce, Apollo)
  • Feedback pour améliorer les processus de l'équipe SDR et contribution à l'amélioration continue

Compétences requises :

  • 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Development Representative dans un environnement B2B en forte croissance
  • Flair pour les ventes et goût prononcé pour les défis
  • Résilience et capacité à rebondir
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et interpersonnelle
