- Lieu de travail : Grands Boulevards, Paris
Responsabilités :
- Prospection qualifiante pour créer un premier point de contact avec le prospect et obtenir un rendez-vous
- Qualification et compréhension des besoins du prospect
- Collaboration avec les Account Executives pour conclure les nouvelles affaires avec les clients
- Suivi des performances à l'aide des métriques d'activité de nos CRM (Salesforce, Apollo)
- Feedback pour améliorer les processus de l'équipe SDR et contribution à l'amélioration continue
Compétences requises :
- 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Development Representative dans un environnement B2B en forte croissance
- Flair pour les ventes et goût prononcé pour les défis
- Résilience et capacité à rebondir
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et interpersonnelle
