Key Account Manager para Consultoría de Rrhh

Buscamos un/a Key Account Manager para el sector de consultoría de recursos humanos en Madrid.
Responsabilidades:
Realizar la búsqueda de oportunidades de presentación de servicios de consultoría.
Presentar soluciones de consultoría a los clientes finales.
Visitar a los clientes, identificar sus necesidades, tomar requerimientos y elaborar ofertas de servicio.
Garantizar el porcentaje de margen bruto requerido en las presupuestaciones de los proyectos.
Definir KPI's del proyecto con el cliente.
Coordinar y comunicarse con el canal de ventas, presentar y elaborar ofertas a los clientes prospectos.
Gestionar la cuenta de resultados de los proyectos de consultoría.
Implementar los servicios en las ofertas aceptadas y operar el canal.
Seguir el calendario de visitas de seguimiento a los servicios de consultoría y el crecimiento del negocio en el cliente.
Presentar el seguimiento de los proyectos al cliente a través de las reuniones de presentación del balance de servicio.
Resolver incidencias reportadas desde los servicios y gestionar las incidencias con clientes.
Participar en el seguimiento semanal del canal RPO sobre la situación de los servicios de consultoría.
Gestionar tareas administrativas derivadas del trabajo del canal.
Requisitos:
Titulación universitaria.
Experiencia de 5 años en puestos similares en empresas de servicios de selección/consultoría/outsourcing con canal estructurado de RPO.
Alta orientación comercial y capacidad de desarrollo de negocio.
Alta orientación a la calidad.
Valorable nivel alto de inglés.
Uso del paquete Office y entorno web.
Experiencia en venta consultiva de servicios de selección, apertura de clientes nuevos desde cero y/o experiencia en apertura de negocios.
Experiencia en estructuración de bases de datos de clientes, contactos, segmentación y listados comerciales.
Experiencia en actualización de propuesta de valor del servicio vs tendencias de mercado y competidores.
Experiencia en manejo de CRM de ventas, registro de información.
Experiencia en desarrollo de estrategia comercial, medición y cumplimiento de KPI's con presupuesto de ventas asociado.
Experiencia en cold calling.
