Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand generation plans to address territory goals and ensure proper coverage in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads, progress through the sales cycle, and leverage partner determination matrices to engage with key stakeholders for partner selection, offer, and pricing support.
- Manage and close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets along with partners.
- Use the Digital Sales Motion to effectively engage with customers and partners.
- Work with Presales, Solution Sales, Industry Experts, Channel Partners, and other key stakeholders on deal execution as needed.
- Drive opportunity management of volume and value opportunities, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed in the sales process.
- Maintain accuracy of CRM data for pipeline management and customer intelligence.
- Minimum 3-8 years' experience in Mid-Market Sales environment or Field sales, respectively Demand Generation.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as Quota Carrier (Mandatory).
- Successful experience in multi-channel go-to-market models.
- Knowledge of the ERP market for generalist Sales Executives.
- Knowledge of a specific solution (Customer Engagement, HR, Analytics, Data Management, Digital Innovation Platform) for specialist Sales Executives.
- Native or Advanced level English: yes (Mandatory).
