Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Wesco International, Inc., you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
This role requires frequent travel, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
