Sales Director

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our properties. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve property sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area. OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- 4 year college degree.
- Demonstrated skills in supervising a team.
- Lodging sales experience.
- Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
