About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Account Manager to join our team at Job Squad. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our resellers, maximizing opportunities, and generating sales activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with an assigned portfolio of resellers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls to resellers, with a minimum of contacts and conversations completed daily.
  • Prepare and send offers to resellers, and provide support through email and phone.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with resellers, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses to define their selling strategy.
  • Communicate commercial initiatives and applications to resellers to maximize their revenue.
Requirements
  • Native-level Norwegian language skills and fluency in English (B2).
  • Experience in managing large enterprises and partner relationships.
  • Sales and account management experience.
  • Good understanding of computer handling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and research capabilities.
  • Passion for online display advertising.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
