Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Games Workshop Group Plc. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our trade partners' product range and providing excellent advice to help them grow their sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call independent retail outlets on a weekly basis to ensure they have the right range in stock.
  • Advise them on what products they need to order to suit their business needs.
  • Develop a relationship of trust with your customers.
  • Perform stock checks and ensure they reorder stock that has been sold.
  • Inform them of new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and high organisational skills.
  • Ability to influence existing clients and grow sales.

Language Requirements:

This role requires you to speak English and French, plus one of the following languages to a fluent business level: Italian, German, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to depending on your territory.

Location: This is a full-time office-based job, so you will be required to work from our office in Barcelona city centre.

Driver's Licence: You must hold a current driver's licence.
