Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter 360 at EVERUPTIVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment and sales operations. Your daily duties will include:
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Engaging in proactive sales activities to attract top talent and new clients, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in recruitment and sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus, but not required.
