Rollen

Vi söker en Talent Acquisition Specialist som vill vara en del av vår fortsatta framgångssaga.

Du kommer att arbeta med uppsökande rekrytering, datadriven och kompetensbaserad rekrytering.

Du kommer att driva rekryteringsprocesser från start till mål, i nära samarbete med våra rekryterande chefer.

Krav

Vi söker dig med en stark passion och intresse för rekrytering.

Du har några års erfarenhet inom rekrytering, kanske som rekryteringskonsult eller som Talent Acquisition Specialist på ett tech-bolag.

Du är bekväm med att hantera dialoger på olika nivåer och med riktigt kompetenta människor.

Du har erfarenhet av uppsökande rekrytering med Linked In Recruiter och andra kreativa metoder för att hitta och attrahera talanger.

Du har erfarenhet av datadriven och kompetensbaserad rekrytering.

Du har god kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska.
