Job Overview
Recruitment Direct is seeking a talented Multilingual Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key player in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships, you will be working closely with independent retail outlets to boost their sales and manage their product range.

About the Role
You will be responsible for engaging with retail partners on a weekly basis to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges. Your expertise in strategic advice and stock management will help maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Develop strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales growth and ensure timely reorders of sold products.
• Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities and expand the stockist program.
• Relationship Building: Foster trust-based relationships with customers to ensure continued engagement and loyalty.
• Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is:
• Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building connections with clients and colleagues to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships.
• Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service and anticipating needs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in English and French, plus one additional European language (Dutch, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian).
• Qualifications: A third-level qualification (Degree) and a valid driver's license are required.
