Job Title: Norwegian Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Norwegian Sales Representative to join our team at Newco Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to engage potential customers and promote our products
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist customers with product information, deliveries, and invoices
  • Cultivate a positive working environment and foster motivation among colleagues
Requirements:
  • Native level in Norwegian, both spoken and written, with a good level of English
  • Experience in providing sales and customer service via phone calls
  • Strong communication and social skills with a sales-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in using computer systems and familiar with different software applications
  • Responsible, humble, and able to maintain a positive attitude towards changes
  • Team player with strong listening skills and a service-oriented approach
  • Stress-resistant and effective under pressure
