Job Title: Norwegian Speaking Junior Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Norwegian-speaking Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, promoting Google products to Norwegian-speaking clients and helping them find the best solutions for their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential customers in the Norwegian-speaking market to introduce and promote Google products.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Google's products and services to drive business success.
  • Support senior team members in driving the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of Google's tools.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients to ensure a positive sales experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Stay informed about new Google products, features, and market developments to offer clients the most up-to-date information.

Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in English for internal communication and training.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Motivated and goal-driven, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) is an advantage but not essential.
