Job Title: Norwegian Speaking Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Norwegian-speaking sales representative to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid position where you will work 2 days a week from our modern offices in the heart of Barcelona and 3 days remotely from the comfort of your home.

About the Role:
  • Promote and sell Google products to businesses in the Norwegian-speaking market.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and understand their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Manage sales leads, from the initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and information to help potential clients understand the value of Google's offerings.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and technical support, to deliver the best possible service and outcomes for customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline management in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on Google product offerings and market trends to ensure you're providing the latest and most relevant information to clients.

Requirements:
  • Native-level Norwegian speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication and training.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential – we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn about Google products and how they can benefit clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage but not required.
