About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Norwegian Sales Representative to join our team at Newco Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone calls to engage potential customers and win back existing ones.
  • Administer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Native level of Norwegian, both spoken and written, with a good level of English.
  • Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and social skills, with a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Responsible, humble, and able to maintain a positive attitude towards changes.
  • Team player with strong listening skills and a service-oriented approach.
  • Stress-resistant and effective under pressure.
