IT Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of all required global and local infrastructure systems, providing end-user computing services in our region locations.
Key Responsibilities- IT Operations Management: Manage the on-site IT I&O operations in the Canary Islands, ensuring the delivery of all services dedicated to support of on-site users and provision of the infrastructure for running JTI business.
- Vendor Management: Select qualified external vendors/suppliers as per JTI's Operating Guidelines, policies and procedures and J-Sox controls.
- Service Delivery: Deliver required service levels as measured by objective KPIs and dashboards, following the established JTI IT policies and strategic directions.
- Financial Planning: Track and timely prepare and submit the Canary Islands On-site IT I&O financial plans/budgets (SPC/ASP/LE).
- Administrative Activities: Oversee necessary IT administrative activities for the sub-cluster.
- Education: University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of IT management (including people management) with more than 7 years of overall experience in IT discipline. Preferred background employment experience would be in multinational companies.
- Skills: Advanced English, good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry, Microsoft solutions, local and wide area network, telecommunication, ERP, CRM business process analysis.
- Personal Qualities: High level of communication and negotiation skills, highly effective in a geographically distributed global environment, culturally aware, able to prioritize on specific areas within region.
- Business Acumen: Strategic insight and good knowledge of JTI business and related processes such as HR, Legal, Finance, GSC, Leaf, SRA areas, M&S.
