Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop project implementation plans, identify schedules and deadlines, scope, estimations, and risks.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate internal teams and vendors for the execution of projects.
- Reporting and Communication: Report on project status, risks, and outcomes, and revise the scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with internal project stakeholders and relevant third parties.
- Agile Methodologies: Foster Agile principles and methods for project management.
- Business Analysis: Analyze stakeholder and user requests, identify underlying goals, and clarify business needs.
- User Story Development: Define effective acceptance criteria to support development, manual and automated testing, and validation.
- Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with product owners for creating and maintaining product backlogs.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in information technology.
- Technical Background: Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership and team building experience.
- Tools and Methodologies: Experience with project management software (Jira, Targetprocess, Azure DevOps, Redmine) and Agile/Lean Development environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Project Management Education: Project management education and/or certification (such as PMP / PRINCE II).
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
