We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics and Insights Manager to join our team at Loewe. As a key member of our digital data and e-commerce performance team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business teams and our Business Intelligence (BI) department.
Your primary responsibility will be to leverage data and advanced analytics to capture the full value of our business. You will work closely with our BI team to translate online and offline data into actionable insights for our Client, CRM, Omni, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Insights: Synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into compelling communications that are clear, concise, and suited to a variety of audiences.
- Business Partnership: Work closely with our business teams to identify and prioritize projects where advanced analytics can drive business value.
- Use Case Development: Develop and oversee planning for use cases with artificial intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives, including designing a roadmap to operationalize use cases at scale.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with our business functions to identify improvements, launch hypotheses, and propose actions to optimize sales through data understanding, measurement, and testing.
- Collaboration and Communication: Support our business areas on the analysis and monitoring of the results of advanced analytics models, and work closely with our CRM and Marketing teams to provide insights for advertising purposes.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of data management concepts and analytics techniques, as well as experience with Web analytics tools, testing, and personalization.
- International Experience: Understanding of the digital marketing environment worldwide, with a strong preference for experience in the Asia environment.
- Language Skills: High level of English and Spanish, with the ability to work in an international environment.
- E-commerce Experience: Knowledge of e-commerce and experience in retail, fashion, travel/hospitality, or luxury industries.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and DataStudio.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and influence others to drive business outcomes. An entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and adaptability are also highly valued.
