Resource Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resource Planning Specialist to join our team at Philips International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and managing short-, medium- to long-term planning and schedules for all operational service resources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to optimize service delivery and minimize costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in resource utilization
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in resource planning and management
- Recent graduate (within the last two years) with a university or FP degree in ADE, Administration, or similar
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English language proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
