Graduate Resource Planner
Job DescriptionAt Philips Iberica Sau, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Resource Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Resource Planning team, you will play a critical role in creating short-, medium- to long-term planning and schedules for all operational service resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement resource allocation plans to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address resource gaps and constraints.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform resource planning decisions and optimize service execution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve resource planning processes and service delivery.
- Recent graduate (within the last two years) with a university or FP degree in ADE, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
