Resource Planning Specialist

At Philips International, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Resource Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Resource Planning team, you will play a critical role in creating short-, medium- to long-term planning and schedules for all operational service resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in resource utilization and service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, service engineers, and internal teams, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Forecast and plan for future resource needs to ensure adequate capacity and minimize downtime.
- Recent graduate (within the last two years) with a university or FP degree in ADE, Administration, or similar.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English language proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, with strong skills in Excel.
