Resource Planning Specialist

As a Graduate Resource Planner at Philips, you will play a crucial role in creating short-, medium- to long-term planning and schedules for all operational service resources. Your decisions will drive the delivery of service, balancing conflicting demands and business obligations, and customer expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement resource plans to optimize service delivery and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the Resource Planner team to support Philips Health Systems Customer Service throughout Spain.
- Make informed decisions to communicate and deliver service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Act as a single point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders, providing professional analysis, registration, communication, and timely escalation.
- Forecast, plan, analyze, and monitor service execution for the workforce and preventive maintenance.
- Recent graduate (within the last two years) with a university or FP degree in ADE, Administration, or similar.
- Proactive, communicative, optimistic, and team-oriented individual with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, with strong skills in Excel.
