Key Responsibilities
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying business opportunities with multilateral institutions, other international donors, the public and private sectors.
- Elaboration/coordination of specialized technical, financial, and administrative competitive bids.
- Maintaining and expanding a network of partners and experts.
- Creating leads and negotiating contracts with clients and partners, in existing and new markets.
- FOLLOWING market trends to identify new service lines and products in line with the Company's mission.
- Participating in international commercial missions and sectoral events.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Independent professional with demonstrated hands-on experience with donor-funded projects in the energy, water, infrastructure sectors.
- Business-oriented, commercially driven with strong acumen for international project development, especially in emerging markets.
- Experienced negotiator, flexible to deal with counterparts from varied cultural and hierarchical backgrounds.
- Strong communicator, excellent English skills, oral and written; French is an asset.
- Eye for detail, time management skills, ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to travel.
- Proficient use of MS Office; Familiar with CRM welcome (Salesforce or similar).
